The Gleason Hotel is a true Chautauqua Institution classic -- proudly servicing in the community for over 50 years! We are currently designated as a Historic Inn and rooming house, the property is quite unique for not only its size, but also its amazing location on the lake just North of the Miller Bell Tower. The Gleason has a commanding presence with beautiful porches and charming original architectural details. A central, yet private lakefront location, you have direct access to the lake with sweeping waterfront views. The dock is just steps away, so you are free to enjoy many waterfront activities!

Ground floor of the Gleason Hotel. All with separate entrances. Open concept kitchen, dining, living space with picture windows looking over the lake. This apartment features four bedrooms, all queen beds. Two bath, one with tub/shower combo and one with walk-in-shower. All amenities included!
Single-family home or multi family home right on Lincoln Park, very close to the amphitheater. It's about 1700 sq ft. Four stories with many balconies. There is room for two vehicles to park, cable, and separate entrances. We rent the first floor which has two bedrooms, one bath, dining room/ living room area, kitchen, and washer and dryer. We also rent the second and third floors which have four bedrooms, two baths together, dining room/ living room area, kitchen and washer and dryer.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if done on or before 05/01/2022. After, you get a full credit that never expires
